These simple steps can protect you and keep you healthy
Wash hands regularly and vigorously, avoid touching your face, steer clear of anyone who is sick, avoid large gatherings/crowds.
Prioritize your well-being, this has a huge effect on our immune system! Good routines such as plenty of sleep, movement, nutrition, and hydration are key. Avoid burnout, and take this opportunity to recharge!
